Temperature relationship was measured of ESR spectra of spin probes--derivatives of fatty acids whose nitroxyl fragments are incorporated into surface and inner layers of phosphatidylcholine liposomes (T = 180-260 K), as well as of the probe in model ethanol solution (T = 110-220 K). Data on the nature and rotation frequency of probe nitroxyl fragments were obtained from the analysis of the spectra. It was shown that the frequency of the probes movement in the systems under study corresponds to the slow movement region, i.e. it is not above 10(7) s-1.  相似文献

By using the model of infection with plasmodium berghei in white mice the attempt was made to explain the oxidative damages of red blood cells as a cause for haemolysis. In addition to a diminished new formation of erythrocytes there was an increased cell lysis under the impact of infection. Without any changes of the Met-Hb-percentage and of Heinz bodies an increase of GSH and GSSG could be measured. The conclusion was drawn that a damage of red blood cells caused by oxidation may occur by changing the relation of reduced tripeptides to oxidised ones.  相似文献

Data are presented concerning the effect of heating rate on the denaturation parameters of small and oligomeric globular proteins: Kunitz trypsin inhibitor from soybeans and 1,5-Ribulose Bisphosphate Carboxylase from tobacco leaves. Substantional dependence of denaturation temperature on the heating rate reflects non-equilibrium pattern of denaturation of these proteins under experimental conditions. To interpret these data a kinetic approach is proposed, which permits determination of equilibrium value of the denaturation temperature and of the constant of de- and renaturation rate. The conformation transitions in the proteins studied are shown to be relatively slow processes. Their rate is comparable to the velocity of temperature change in a calorimeter, which is the cause of non-equilibrium effects in a calorimetric experiment.  相似文献

The spleen tissue radiation injury expressed in the organ weight loss, nucleic acid concentration decrease and ribonuclease activity increase was observed to a greater extent in mice of the AKR line and to a less extent in those of C57BL line; C57BL X AKR hybrids occupied an intermediate position. Augmentin was used prophylactically in 25 patients with an account of the infectious complication risk according to 4 regimens: ultrashort-term (1.2 g intravenously with initial narcosis), short-term (1.2 g intravenously with initial narcosis followed by intravenous administration in a dose of 600 mg in 8 and 16 hours), middle-term (1.2 g intravenously with initial narcosis followed by intravenous administration in a dose of 600 mg every 8 hours for 2 days) and long-term (1.2 g intravenously with initial narcosis followed by intravenous administration in a dose of 600 mg every 8 hours for 3 days). One complication episode as wound suppuration was recorded. The routine approach to the use of antibiotics in emergency abdominal surgery, when antibiotics are administered every day for several days after the operation, should be revised.  相似文献
